I have NEVER had a bad experience in this store! He always has what I need or gets it in quickly. He's very knowledgeable and very friendly. I always take my lawn mower business there.

Called at least 15 Troy Bilt dealers in the area looking for a part and not one had it. Called Harold and within 1 minute he had the part in his hand! I will call McDowell's first from here on out!
