I had to reschedule for my teenage daughter's haircut and the person on the phone asked me whether she could see someone else instead as her hair dresser was not in that day. After a hair cut, the person at the desk charged $50. I told her that we paid $30 for my daughter's haircut in the past. Her answer was rather blunt by saying that the rate for the hairdresser was higher than the previous one we had. I felt it was a rip-off. When I made an appointment, they never informed me about the different rate. They just assigned someone without telling me that. I don't think it's fair. If I had known, I would not have made an appointment. Besides, the person at the desk had an attitude that wasn't welcoming or friendly. I was leaving the salon feeling not treated with respect. I am not going back to this salon as I don't need that kind of treatment when I pay for the service.
