The restaurant was clean and orderly. My order, which was not called in, was prepared quickly and was beautifully displayed in a covered, styrofoam container. I assumed that my meal came with a soft drink, but it did not. When I questioned why it was not in my bag, I was told that I could certainly take one, on them this time. Saving the best for last, the food was delicious! It was hot, and tasted so-o good. This was my first visit to this location in Bellwood, IL, but it certainly will not be my last. The young lady taking my order and the cook, “hooked” me as forever customer. If you’ve never visited this location. please do. You will NOT be disappointed. Decent fish and chicken .

Young lady behind the counter is rude and nasty. She provides poor customer service, and management needs to address it before losing customers.

I ordered six wings on May 30,14. They were so hard I did not enjoy them. I was very disappointed.
