I must agaree this is not a very perfessioal business, There work un poor and their wages are to high,. I also had a facial. few words to describe, sloppy and Gena just isn't a very nice person. Very unprofessioal in the way she talked about her co-workers. I couldn't wait to get out of the dark energy.

I have traveled around the world twice and have gone to many different spas. I recently went to Silhouettes, since moving here, to try one of their facials. It was the best experience I have ever had. The estheticians name was Gina Green. She was very professional and knew what she was doing. The product they used was effective and the service was amazing. The price of the facial was worth every penny. I left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. Everybody should try a facial with Gina.

I went to silhouettes to follow my stylist Janice from jc penny salon. The new salon atmosphere was great and of course she always gives me great service and makes me look beautiful, thats why I followed her. Thank you Janice Coe! I recommend her to everyone I know.

my experience was less than good. service was very poor. many better places to go

I typically visit spas 6 - 8 times a year. More often than not I tend to go to the more trendy spots in town for facials, manicures, etc. Recently I visited Silouhettes from a friends suggestion. I found the service to be better and more complete for less money. What also surprised me was the quality of the products that they use and their knowledge of the products.

I went to this place because I won a girt certificate. Gina Green did a facial on me. It was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever been through. She began by talking about her last customer then finished off by talking about the hairdressers she didn't like. She was pushy about selling me products and to be honest she is no better than a beginer. She needs to learn how to treat clients. ( maybe I was treated this way because I won my certificate and she wasn't making money off me.
