Cody and the staff are all very professional. Cody did something two other denturists couldn’t do and that was to make dentures that fit correctly! I only had to go back once for a small adjustment which they got me in the same day I called.

Dr, Ra very good dentist, excellent. Problems with office staff-seems to be ongoing-there is some 'Bellingham correct' culture -meaning that one has to be very proper and polite at all times, even if office staff is ineffecient, maddening or not polite themselves. The care is excellent, and would just caution patients to be as quiet and obliging as possible.

This is a great office! They met all my dental needs. I was given my options and found what fit in my price range.

He incorrectly performed a root canal on me. This root canal cost me $1500. He missed an entire canal. A couple months after this treatment, I had a large abscess where I had to seek treatment at the Emergency Room. I then had to go to a specialist where I spent another $1800 to have his work redone. Dr. Henry did not help cover with any additional costs and was not compassionate towards the ordeal that I endured by his malpractice. He also has a formal complaint that is being investigated by the department of health.

I could not find any reviews on N.D. so I took it on blind faith that they would stand behind their work. After getting the work done, I was told if there was any problem they would fix it for free. After several weeks my swelling did not go down and I noticed puss coming from my gum (infection). So when I returned I had to see a different Dr. (each time I go in I had to see someone different) The newbee (Nancy & Crowley) said they did not know how to help me and I had to go elsewhere for treatment. They did not even offer antibiotics, I had to ask for it. When the first round of antibiotics did not work I asked for one more. I called them 3 times and ended up ,going to my regular physician to get the antibiotics due to their lack of intrust in my health. The other dentist is giving me a discount of over $900 just because he thought I had been through enough (now that's a man), but it will still cost me over $900 to fix something that should have not cost me a dime.

I am doing this so that no one else will make the mistake I did and have to go through months of grief. My husband and I are living on his disability check which does not get us through the month sometimes when his medical expenses are paid for. I am often the ones who get's medically neglected because I don't want to be a financial burden on him. I needed to finish up my dental implant procedure in order to not loose the fist portion of all the work that was done.I wanted to find an affordable dentist that took a specific intrust free credit card.
