Found a car e that looked good on their site. Looked up the company on their site and half the review said they were terrific and half said stay away.

Since I live 90 miles away I was reluctant but then decided to do more research. I asked if they would take the car to a mechanic I had found for a pre-purchase inspection and they agreed to do so. That came back fine so I asked for the VIN so I could research the vehicle. Carfax came back fine and all other internet hits confirmed everything they said about the car. One owner, no accidents, no issues to worry about. Then had them ship me the car and it was great! Exactly as described.

Good selection of cars and SUVs and trucks I got my car very cheap considering it was a one owner low mileage car not lot the other car lots that over sell low payments but a car that has 200,000 miles strongly recommend checking them out

BAD!! Bought a 03 Jetta and paid more than Blue Book because it was supposed to be the best that was ever on the lot. Found out 2 weeks later it needs a new tranny. Paid to have the tranny fluid checked for contaminates and found it had Lucas Fix in it. I was told "whoever sold you this car knew that!" One year later I have a $600. car I paid $6500 Steer clear from this place. The car lot owner said he had been selling VW's for 25 years and I would not find a better one for the money. Steer clear of this lot!

I bought a VW 1999 Golf last year from Nice Cars. I just took it in for new brakes. I got the brakes at Nices Cars cost-$35 and Nice Cars only charged me $20 for labor to replace all brakes! They also topped the coolant and tightened the screw on my mass air flow sensor. I’m impressed, I am very happy with Nice Cars.

I have a 1996 VW B4S-TDI diesel Sedan that I sent to Nicecars for a lot of restoration work. My car got new paint, rebuilt engine and suspension, new headliner, leather Audi seats, new stereo system and Halo headlights.All the work was first class, it looks like a brand new car. It took awhile but good work takes time. Nicecars has parts for these diesel B4 Passats that nobody else has.I would recommend Nicecars for any VW work, especially if you have a B4-TDI. Buyer beware! I think the concept of what these guys are doing is good, that is building up and converting older TDI vehicles, but in practice, a lot of corners are cut. I wish I could say their intentions are good, but there are a lot of documented examples (search TDIclub.com) where there's proof they try to disguise issues. Scam is a strong word, but it would seem to apply. If you have to buy a vehicle from these people, make absolutely sure that you scrutinize every possible detail, every single feature of the car. And PLEASE get it checked out by a reputable, third party TDI mechanic before you give these people a dime. Lastly, get any promises in writing and be prepared to take it to court.



You've been warned!

I had a B4V-TDI Wagon I wanted to sell as I was moving out of the country. I listed it for sale in Seattle for $12k. Nicecars called me and I ended up consigning to them to sell for me as they specialize in restoring these cars and they have a customer base for B4V-TDIs. Within 3 weeks they had it sold for $14K. Bought a 1996 Passat TDI from NiceCars. The Passat is running like a Champ!! I am very pleased with how well it hugs the road, the ride is exceptionally smooth. This is a huge satisfier for me. They put a lot of time and effort into getting it ready.



Arrived home in Alabama.. and have some more good news to report...My fuel consumption for.. the journey was 52.9 MPG !!!



I am ecstatic with the results and with the over all performance of the vehicle. What an incredible machine !! .. a high quality product and a smooth business transaction.

The NiceCars team walked with me every step of the way, including helping me to get full financing from a major, national bank! I don't doubt their sincerity and integrity for a moment.

There were some typical wear and tear issues after the purchase. Took it to a couple local VW "guru" shops. The first wrote me an estimate for a drive axle and clutch both entirely not needed, and in fact in new condition. The 2nd helped me with an electrical item, and both remarked on how clean and well maintained the engine was, "not usually seen like that." NiceCars has been with me behind the scenes while I resolved these minor items.

I was pleased to be able to spend some time at the NiceCars shop. They addressed every single item I mentioned and even added some stuff. They stand behind everything they do and know the value of the B4V/S and want the customer to appreciate it too, is the impression I took away.
