Wasn't impressed..Went there for the first time to have a polish change on my toes, and a design on my nails...The young lady didn't even speak to me, let alone never even said "hello", just had me sit down, hand her the polish, didn't even ask if i wanted them cut, didn't even file, or shape them....just removed old polish and put on the new polish...When it came time for a design on my thumb nails, the 2 i picked out, i was told they wouldn't work, but a similar one would....If you can't do the design i pick and pay for you shouldn't tell people you can do it, then tell me the one i wanted wouldn't work on my nails...Not sure why it wouldn't have worked...i have never had that said to me before...I didn't like the fact they sit there and talk and laugh and you can't understand what they are saying..I think thats rude...Speak english when i'm sitting in front of you and paying good money for a service... I think i will just stick with the nail place i have been with for 5yrs...

great service, great staff! I highly recomend the gel nails, they cost a little more but they are well worth it. I do a lot of cleaning and these nails stand up to everything I put them through.

LOVE LOVE LOVE VIP Nails. The new gel nail they do is fabulous. It feels like you have no artificial nail on your nails. Lasts longer than any nails I've had. Service and quality every time. Help a new business in Bellingham, and have extraordianry nails for the Holidays!

Vip Nails Spa have to be the best nail spa I have ever been through. They were very nice and polite, they served us like a a vip, here all costumers are vip.
