I had all the time and attention I felt my puppy and I deserved as a paying client, the vet was very reassuring and the vet tech was patient with all my millions of questions!

We brought our dog in about a week ago with some concerns about spots on his udnerside. From the moment we walked in to see if they had walk in appointments available, which they did, every member of the team treated us and our Bo with the greatest concern. I have been coming to this vet for at least 4 years and every visit they treat their patients and customers with the highest respect and personal service. All staff members seem to care greatly for the patients and families! This is one reason I am personally thinking of starting to work on becoming involved in this field of work :).

"I have had an unpleasant experience at a previous vet office which caused some anxiety and I had not taken my dog to a vet for some time. I picked Banfield due to other friends and family members great comments about the clinic. We usually do all our shopping at Pet Smart and we stopped in one day to look into check ups for our 4 yr. male dog and spay/immunizations for our new member of the family, a 5 mo. old Border Collie. The receptionist was funny and patient and kind. We arrived early in the a.m. with both dogs and were met with smiles from beginning to end. The Vet Tech was fantastic as she listened to our story and was very compassionate to both us and our pets. I did not feel anxious when leaving with only one dog while the other one stayed for her surgery. We were notified via phone when surgery was finished and when we could come in and see her. Upon our return we were met with the same friendly attitude that we received at the start of the day. While our puppy was a little wobbly on her feet, we were given easy to follow instructions on what to do, what to look for, medication reaction....the whole 9 yards. I walked out feeling confident with the care my pet received. I believe the clincher for me was when a person called 24 hrs later to check on both pets. I definitely will be back, actually we have already returned for the 3 week boosters and incision check up. Thanks so much for the great experience and I will definitely be singing Banfield's praise."

Appoinment was wasy to make. Staff was friendly. Had prior knowledge of my dog.They explained the areas on my dog that would be affected so I knew where not to hold on to tight. They did a great job and the Wellness program is a great value for your money.

from the first phone call for an appointment (I am new to area), the first visit, the early morning drop off, the reminder phone call, the call from the vet explaining what he did, the pick up when again I got to talk to the vet, the tech, and the wonderful staff-I was very impressed. My pet got the very finest care and attention. The hospital was sparkling clean. I will recommend to everyone and will be back again. Everyone is friendly and caring. I felt the vet went out of his way to make sure my pet was cared for and I loved how he explained everything carefully to me.

Looked after us right away, vet wanted to see our cat, even when we didn't have an appointment, gave our cat shots today vs next weekend - don't have to return next weekend. answer all questions, very caring about our cat very thorough with the notes, answer all questions, awesome! So far very impressed with Banfield Bellingham THANKS ALL!!

"My boyfriend and I rescued 3 very tiny baby kitties, extremely malnourished and 2 were already dead in the litter. We lost two the first couple of days of trying to get them to eat kitten formula, the one surviving kitty was thriving, doing great, up until the fifth day, I took her into Banfield, (1st time at a Banfield) and they were all so friendly and helpful, they even gave me a follow up call to see how my little ""Seger"" was doing the next day. My kitty is not completely out of the woods yet, but there is no more blood in her stool thanks to the medicine Dr. Lee prescribed, I am keeping a close eye on her, and they told me to plz call keep them in the loop, the staff was very concerned for my kitty, she is so little (3wks old), they want to hear from me no matter what, good or bad, I told them I had a home for her, but just needed to get her healthy, I did not want to lose a third kitten, they said ""how are you ever going to be able to give her up after all this""? Truth is I don't know if I will but I will cross that road once she's healthy and strong. They were wonderful to us and I will undoubtedly go back, especially if Seger becomes part of our family after all!!!

Everyone was so friendly and very interested in our dog Izzy,they were so knowledgeable about her breed. We felt totally comfortable with the staff .They went out of there way to answer questions and explain everything to us."
