Very nice.

I first saw Dr. Young when I was still in college, he gave me a great glasses and contact lense evaluation. When it came time to order contacts and glasses, they took into account that I was a student and didn't try to talk me into something that I really didn't need. The staff respected me and I appreciated that, so I will continue my eye care there.

AWESOME STAFF!

Dr. Spencer Young is a fantastic optometrist. His passion is more than evident in his vast knowledge in his field. It's rare to have a doctor who is willing to take the time to explain the how’s and why’s of vision care, and not be in rush to shove you out the door.His team is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. They have evening appointments available which makes it very convenient as I don’t have to try to get it done on my lunch hour. I will be a patient of Dr. Young’s for years to come!

Gotta love 'em!

My whole family goes to Advanced Vision and have been for a couple of years. We always get the best service and all the people that work there are soooo nice!!! I have friends and family who have gone there for their optical needs after I recommended them. They all agree with me. This is a professional yet not stuffy atmosphere. You will not be disappointed!!!

Pleased.........

Tried for years to wear contacts without success, I gave up untill I went to Dr. Young. He was very patient and understanding. I now have contacts that I can wear. Every time I've returned, the new staff has been very friendly. I have recommended this office to friends. I'm very confident with Dr. Young and his staff with my eyes.

Good Service, Excellent Doctor

I have had glasses for more than 20 years, and I can say that Dr. young is thorough, quick, and excellent. The staff has always treated me with respect, and 2 of them even knew me by name on the 2nd visit (including the infamous Jackie of other posts) and helped me save more than $300 on a pair of frames & lenses. i recommend them highly. Very professional (maybe a little cold to some, but I like that) and every date, time or other info they gave me was always spot-on. only the limited selection on frames and small space keep me from giving them 5 thumbs. most reviews I see that are negative seem to be from people that started something or yelled first. If people dont read their paperwork, warranty info, or other things, can they really hold the people who told them they should get it in the first place?

Not Professional, Worst customer service!

I am not a patient and will never be due to Vickie. I was doing my mother a favor & picking up contacts and like Ramon was told that my mother did not pay her bill, which in fact was not true. She was double covered and the insurance was questioning them on all the fees. No matter what the situation was. . . the woman (Vickie) preceeded to YELL at me! I would recommend some professional skills training and maybe get some help with her anger. Definitely, get a clear detail on the services & price. I would not recommend this business until the staff is updated or beware that you may be verbally attacked.

Shocking Service

Absolutely shocking attention from the staff. My frame broke within the first week,and they don't stand behind their product. Definitely will not be returning and warning my work colleagues to stay away.

the big old lady

well! I thought the buisness was a very good one? when i went to take my eye exam every one was very friendly, too the new girl and the doctor were very nice. i thought they had an outstanding staff and owner operator. Then i went back in last week around 2;15 sale! sale! sighns read outside acctully one sale, but you get the picture. The lady at the desk was rude to the start it seemed everything i said she had somthing negative or shot me down when i was half way through it. from my mother going to pay for the glasses with her insurance, no we cant except that it has to be yours,to well look at that 'YOU NEVER PAYED YOUR BILL in the first place! and i did? I certanly hope the heavy round old lady with the clown ruge lipstick was a temp becouse it made me rethink of all the good things i seen the first time was only a mask of what kind of buisness it really is? I dont see why i have to be so insulted and feel ashamed. thats how it made me feel in order to have a pair of eyeglasses tha
