what a great experience. Sara is the best in this store, she took the time to explain in detail what all the plans have to offer and help me understand the difference in Phones.. I strongly recommend this locations. I ported from T mobile and the service is fantastic.

Jeremy at 9405 Artesia Blvd, Bellflower, CA 90706 is a very rude and unprofessional store owner and shady.



I purchased a phone on-line a month before purchasing one at his location. I took my Mom to his store to purchase the same phone and that is when all things hit the fan. He gave us a family package which on the web site it clearly states that we must live in the same house and we don't (shady) then he told us that with this plan we both would receive $10. off this was not true either...can you see where the shady comment comes from. Also we distinctly told him that we wanted to pay separate this was not true also.

My mom goes in to pay her bill and they tried to charge her another price. Then I got on the phone with this man and I have never been treated so rudely by anyone running a business. When I tried to explain all of the above mentioned he became defensive and hung up on me. I could not get a word I because he was cutting me off.

Now I strike back since he did not appreciate that I brought him some business. To corporate I go. If this is a public company, to the share holders I go. Someone needs to know that this man is not growing the brand. Take the heat or exit the kitchen
