Please!! I repeat please do not rent from this Property Management!! The two women that are in charge of the business aspect (Justine) and her assistant will offer you the world on a gold platter!! They is until you need work or services done to the unit!! They will bait you into a contract and once the ink is barely dry they will treat you like dirt!! Their slogan "A clean Deal In Dirt" is completely right minus "CLEAN"!! I rented from Boggs Property for about a year and a half, one day I noticed bit marks all over my body it was itching and sore!! I didn't know where they came from so I put some itching cream on them and ignored it!! Serval days later I found a small brownish bug on my bed..I squeezed the bug and a lot of blood oozed from it!! I researched online to put a name to the bug..and it turned out to be exactly what I thought it was!! BED BUGS!! I was disappointed because I had entirely no reason to have bed bugs!! My aptment is very clean, which I research and found out it isn't even about cleanliness! I hadn't had any company in awhile, I hadn't brought any new or used furniture..so where could theses have come from?? I called to the office and they immediately said we do not pay to get rid of bed bugs, before I could even tell her what type of infestation I was having!! I spoke with a few other tenants about the problem to find out two other tenants complained about bed bugs before I made my complaint!! Now I had already been living there for a year and a half with no bug problem whatsoever!! So how I get them? " Go Figure"!! I told Boggs that other tenants were also making complaints which I wasn't even aware..Their response was well you can always put in a 60 day notice!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing!! Their solution for fixing problems tenants have are to let them just move!!
