Totally illegal practices. Cheat laws. Tell you they will pay you back for errors and don't. Incomplete papers. Roger "Barrister" may or may not be a paralegal, but you will NEVER meet him. Roger's last name is not Barrister, but a name with a bad reputation, the reason given as to why "Barrister" is used...Roger Tunberg.
His wife, Kim, does all of it. Wrong. When I called her, she saw my ID and would pick up the phone coughing like she's dying of supposed "bronchitis", while HER calls aren't full of coughs. PLUS, Kim's taking care of a "dying woman", but can't get out of bed to get a stamp out of her drawer to send me a refund check in the full amount.
Further, the courts are on to them, which is why Kim owes me the refund.
They are cheap, so they get a lot of business. And Kim is only half there on her knowledge. Kim is NOT a paralegal...Kim only read the law books on Bankruptcy. Kim has little understanding of legal, but Kim is the queen of knowing how to do illegal stuff to get by the system. Go elsewhere. Cheap isn't worth it. You'll end up paying court fees for their lies.
