WOW!!!! awesome experience from time I dropped off my car til the tech called me with reasonable price and he explained the process to fix the car. Made me feel good to they cared I understood what was fixed. HIGHLY Recommend them Laura DIll

The owner and main mechanic, Que, at Nielson Auto Repair is beyond honest & fair. Great guy, great service, and comfortable waiting area.

The Owner Que is really great. He is very accommodating and diagnosed the issue with my car right away. He is extremely honest and told me that I didn't need work done that another auto shop claimed I desperately needed.

The guys at Nielson Automotive made me feel comfortable in trusting them with my car repairs. As a woman its difficult to know if your in good trusting hands when you don't know too much about car repairs and with Nielson I knew I was not being taken advantage of.

I will be back here for ALL my car repairs & diagnostics!

In an emergency, my clutch pedal was stuck to the floor of the car, I did not know where to go. Being a female I was dreading talking to male mechanics, afraid they would not be straight with me. Well I'm glad to say that "Q" at Nielson Auto Repair was open and honest about what was going on with my car and knowing that I had 2 little ones he was extremely understanding if my financial constraints and worked with me.

I felt safe and that I was in an honest environment. My car was fixed and I have not had any problems since, but if I do I will be back to see "Q" at Nielson Auto Repair.

Honest, reliable and very good prices.
I used to take my BMW to new car dealer for all the maintenance and repairs and they always tried to upsell me on extra repairs, But this place never do that,
I recommend everyone to take their cars here.
