When I met Lisa Scott I was going through a very difficult time. I had my own ideas about what I wanted, and had already been to numerous counseling sessions with my ex-wife and knew her radical ideas. I was able to work out a non formal agreement with my ex-wife for only 1 overnight a week, and two evening visits each week. I petitioned for the divorce, my ex-wife wrote a book to the court about what a monster I was, with lies and false allegations. My ex then wanted me to have less time (every other weekend with 1 evening visit a week.

Long story short; With Lisa Scott's aid the court sided with me and immediately gave me a second overnight, and I finally settled out of court on a graduated 50/50 joint shared custody arrangement. My child support obligation also reflects my time with my daughter, and for that I am also pleased.

Lisa Scott made sure I was in good hands, and helped me protect my rights as a father. She is straight up, passionate about her job, and very knowledgeable.
