Over the top awesome. I would hire them in a heartbeat if my car breaks down which I’m sure it will!! Awesome crew and the dispatcher was super helpful in finding my location.

**DO NOT HIRE** There were so many issues with my vehicles tow on 12/8 and this review is getting 1 star because I cannot leave negative or 0 stars. The tow was not the only issue, it was followed by significant damages done to my vehicle (photos and video were taken before, during and after- paired with a quote from a collision company in Bellevue). This is not where it ended. The driver of this towing company was bad-mouthing the owner on the way to the tire center of Walmart, where the owner overheard on the radio and showed up to Walmart to confront the driver in public. I have been in contact with the owner of this company and I have made several attempts to come upon a fair agreement, but no resolution was proposed by the owner of Premier Towing. With this said, I am now filing a claim to the courts and have received further advising from representation. I would not recommend this company for any services, as what they caused for me has not only been a dis-service, but a complete nightmare. Please look elsewhere for your towing needs or get a AAA membership for less than this tow, and no damages to your vehicle.
