Dean Eckel built his first home in 1994 and has gradually built the business while establishing himself as a quality builder in the community.Banyan Homes was formed with one simple philosophy in mind ; build every home with quality materials and craftsmanship for a fair price. Banyan Homes feels the key to their success has been the outstanding workmanship of the subcontractors and the professionalism of the suppliers, most of whom they have worked with since the business was started. Over the years, outstanding working relationships have been formed on trust and understanding of what is needed and expected from each party. It truly has developed into a team effort.Banyan Homes, Inc builds custom homes, as well as, being involved in residential remodeling. Many of the customers come to them with an idea of what they want. It may be parts from different home plans or pictures from magazines. The building process begins with an idea, which develops into a buildable plan. Each floor plan is designed to meet client needs, wants, and dreams. Currently, about 80% of the homes they build are ranch style. They build from eight to ten homes a year ranging in price from $200, 000 to $1 million. At this volume level, Banyan Homes feels they are able to give their customers the quality, attention and communication they desire. They really care about their clients being completely satisfied with their dream home. They are always as proud of the finished product as their customers are.
