Purchased planked traditional shutters from Wilke Window with antique black hinges and straps. Wilke custom painted the shutters to perfectly match the front door. They look great!

we bought from wilkes but my front and back doors are leaking cold air through the as well as the front windows

We had been looking for some time to replace the front door and sidelites on our home. We visited Wilke and were very impressed with the friendliness and the expertise of the salesman. We ordered the door and they did a great job of staining it exactly like we desired, The installer was fantastic and did an absolutely great job if replacing our old door. His workmanship was great and he made sure everything was done to perfection. I highly recommend Wilke. We will use them for future projects in out home.

My windows had a warranty issue - no problem!

I wasn't sure when I had even bought my windows from Wilke. It had been some years ago, but Wilke Window & Door was able to find out that my windows were still in warranty. The sales manager spoke with me personally and he walked me through the entire process and Wilke sorted everything out with the window manufacturer. The expense to me was minimal and my windows are all set and I hope they continue to work great for many more years to come.

As soon as I walked in to the Wilke showroom in Shiloh I felt like I'd come to the right place. The receptionist at the front cheerfully asked what she could help me with and found me a very nice salesman to walk around the showroom and explain the different kinds of windows they had. I ended up picking a nice wood Andersen window. I've already gotten many compliments from guests in my home on my purchase!



My husband couldn't believe that I went in and got it all taken care of myself. I told him that it was thanks to Wilke Window and Door.

Will return for any future projects I have for my home. I had a broken window from some recent bad weather and needed a replacement window quickly. My sales guy was very helpful and did not try to pressure me to buy the most expensive window. He helped me find one that matched my other windows and got it ordered for me. The Wilke installer was fast and got my window right in. Great job all around.

Painless buying experience. We just replaced some interior doors in our kitchen/dining room and the bathrooms, and installed a new bay window. We couldn't believe how smoothly it all went! My wife was worried that it wouldn't be done before we had all our holiday company over, but it is all finished and we are thrilled at how nice our home looks now. We're sure to impress the in-laws now!

Great family-run company! I have had replacement windows and a new patio door installed by Wilke Window & Door - Great experience on both occasions. And I just had them out to put in our new decorative glass front door. Again they did an excellent job. The door is beautiful!



Wilke's salesmen are very friendly and knowledgeable and the products I got from them are top notch. I'm not sure how that other reviewer could have had such a bad time with Wilke. Wilke Window & Door has always gone out of their way to correct any issues that come up, and sometimes they just do and it's out of anyone's control. I am very happy I found this company.
