I had Aisha Baker for my other brothers funeral and WOW she was simply amazing and always PROFESSIONAL.
Jessika Gates the front desk tech was just as amazing with her greeting me & family and any questions I had she took care of getting an answer to any question I would have & I will let others know that this is where they should come from services when departing from their love ones.

I've had at least six awful experiences between this location, the Chippewa location (no longer open), and the Union location. From the service I've witnessed being given to a family and the service I've seen given to families, in addition to the repugnant presentation/handling of the deceased: I wouldn't take a dead cat there. I wouldn't recommend this funeral home for anyone who would like to be served and have the body of their loved one treated with dignity.

I had experience on them refunding some of the money back to me they suckered I have sent the president 3 emails and I had no respond

I just recently loss my brother and I was so satisfied and pleased with the customer service of Serenity Funeral Home. I loved the Director and Owner Mr. Gerald T.

Johnson. He was fantastic and treated my family and I with much dignity and respect!!!! Thank You
