I called recently to find out any information on various items I was looking to deliver and recycle. Not only was the person taking my call fairly unhelpful and incredibly quick to cut off my questions with short, brisk answers, but then told me that the number I called does not handle such things and quickly threw another number at me to call. I grabbed my pen and asked if I could get that number again and was quickly hung up on. While I understand that some businesses may not need to deal with the common public quite often, any business that handles customers in such a "I really don't have time for you nor care." attitude is bound to see negative reviews and possibly lose such customers and those they would recommend to such businesses. First impressions are incredibly important and can have a lasting effect on your customers. This will very much prevent me from using their services in the future and I would strongly recommend those I know to go elsewhere.
