I met with John Loughman of Loughman Builders to discuss updating my mother’s 1960’s era house to improve its sales potential after mother moved to assisted living. I was impressed with his knowledge of the resale market and what alterations would be necessary, some to meet building codes, and what might be advisable to achieve a rapid and profitable sale. John understood that I wanted a quality job done but didn’t want to over-improve the house compared to other homes in the neighborhood. John and his subcontractors did a fantastic job. The work was professionally completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. I strongly recommend Loughman Builders for any remodeling work.

I was very pleased to find out that I could call a local independent plumber which saved me a lot of money, I would recommend Loughman Builders to anyone! :)
