If I could give it 0 stars I would, they are liars and take advantage of people. My parents booked a ticket and Lisseth lied about everything. Had to pay an extra $300 at the airport because of their deceiving practices. I could have booked the flight for them online for a lot less; but when they told me it was too late she said they couldn't cancel. Horrible service

i hope its the same people from the one in long beach because they do not care about the customer
