Most cake decorating supply shops have odd hours where those of us who have full time jobs have to rush across town to get to them before they close! Not Alice's they are open until 7 pm during the week and they are even open Saturday and Sunday! The staff is VERY helpful and will even talk to you about the cake you are making and have helpful suggestions on how to make them better. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is just starting out with decorating or the seasoned novist!
