If I could give this business less than one star I would. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time. Every time I drop off my dry cleaning I check for stains before hand. Recently I went in to pick up my shirts and when I got home observed that they had damaged my shirt while being cleaned with a dark spot on the pocket. I brought the shirt back in and some with a nice young girl who indicated they would try to remove the mark and if they can’t the would provide a credit for future services. Not my preferred scenario but I do understand why they would want to handle that way and think it is reasonable. With that being said when I picked up my clothing the next time the owner gave me back the still damaged shirt and said that they didn’t cause the damage. I referenced the prior conversation with the girl who may be his daughter and he became agitated. He then proceeded to yell at me stating he didn’t do the damage and to take him to court. As much as I would love to do that out of principal I do not have the time to waste. This is not my idea of a good businessman. I will look for another cleaners that stands behind and hopefully even takes some level of pride in there work. It’s sad because the older gentleman who I assume is his father and his daughter seem quite a bit more reasonable. I will no longer pay patronage to this business of their Taekwondo program which is in the same area.

very kind people. they have cleaned my clothing for years. they have an excellent alterations lady! I dont know what the last lady was talking about. they will do everything they can if they ever make a mistake. they even saw buttons on my husbands shirt were missing and they fixed them and didnt even charge.

I WAS a customer of this establishment for well over 10 years. Just took in a pair of pants (that I wore only twice, $90) that were scorched and shrunken when I picked up. The owner suggested that he would "fix" which consisted of him stretching out the waist, leaving me with a pair of pants with burnt fabric, tiny shrunken legs and a huge waist. Not acceptable. Had receipt for pants as well as an identical pair I own in another color for reference. He would not take ownership of his mistake and would not issue any sort of reimbursement. I did end up getting the $5 I paid for my pants to be destroyed. CUSTOMER BEWARE. There are plenty of cleaners in this area, choose wisely.
