They have been out to my house several times to fix the electrical problems and installed new lights and ceiling fans plus done the upgrades to my breaker box and meter they have always been on time and let us know if there was any other problems

Great company!!!! I would refer Reed Electric, INC. to anyone. The service men were nice and neat. Mr. Reed told me what I would be charged and that was what my bill was. Love Love Reed Electric

I recently had Reed Electric to my property in Heber Springs, I was told over the phone that the billing would be $85 service fee and then materials need. The guys that came out were great they had my problem fixed in 15 minutes!!! They did not give me a bill I received it in the mail at my main address, on this bill I was billed for an hour and a half and the materials needed that amount to $26.94... I called Mr. Reed and asked him why I was billed so much, he said " the cost of diesel fuel is high in cost" also that he charged me the hour and a half because they drove from Searcy to my place then back to Searcy??? So if you choose to use this company know what you hear over the phone may not be what you get billed!!!! I would of gladly accepted $111.94 for 15 mins of work but instead I PAID $154.44 So don't be played for a fool like I was with this company!!!
