I purchased funeral flowers last week and was NOT pleased with them. I asked for red roses from my grand children to be placed in the casket. Instead you made up yellow roses and hung them on the wall. Also, the arrangement that I purchased for myself was not what I expected it to be either. I spent around $ 180.00 on flowers and I am very disappointed with them. It is a shame when you are out of town and you place an order by the telephone and can't get what you are told you will get. I will remember this for future flowers for our family in the Beebe area. Disappointed, R. Fowler
