I have received service from them about 4-5 times. Each time I have watched how they treat people of color differently. They are rude and dismissive to those paying customers. With other customers there are polite, engaging and friendly. Yesterday was the last straw for me when I heard one of the owners talking negatively about customers who were still in the salon to ANOTHER customer who was not a woman of color! I informed the owner of how unprofessional that was and told her that was my last time coming there. Not to mention the shape of my nails are off and they tried to force me to get a color that I did not want..

She was rules & commanding . She's new at Lans I never see her before. I couldn't understand her nor she could understand me either. This place used to be nice & friendly . I'll never come back

Spent 120.00 on lashes. In 4 days I had to stop by twice because a lash was barely hanging on. After 6 days, the lashes looked terrible, missing lashes here and there. Went in to have them removed and I have no lashes now....The women are very nice, but clearly have no real experience in lash extensions.

My sisters and I took my youngest granddaughters out for their birthday. They will be 7 next week. We took them to Lan's for their 1st mani/pedi. The 5 of us pretty much took over the salon. The experience could not have been better! The staff was nothing but patient with our shy little girls and they came out of there feeling quite grown up and special. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!

I'be been going here since April of this year and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. They fixed the mess that another salon had made of my solar nails and made them look completely natural. I get compliments all the time. My nails look good for over two weeks, they're strong - haven't had one chip or break. Also love the pedicures! The polish doesn't chip and I can easily wear it for two weeks.

Went to get basic pedi, the lady left my toes with "chunky" polish asked her to fix she then put more polish on top of that and left me sitting in the chair to go play on the computer and never came back after 30 minutes I finally checked my toes to see if they were dry and got up and tried to get my sandals on and went to the front and there she was surfing the web and took forever to take my payment... Called to complain they didn't care. Won't ever go back!!!

This was the WORST experience of my life.Kim just did what she wanted and didn't listen at all and then when I hated it all of a sudden it was my fault. She was WAAAYYYY too pushy!!!!!!!!! I went in for partial highlights. When I called Kim to make the appointment she told me she did highlights for $60- I asked about partial and she told me that she always did a lot and didn't really do partial. As she was supposedly "highlighting" my hair she said I needed some low-lights to break it up-I said ok. She also said it would be extra because she needed to use 2 colors and my hair is long-so it would be $90 now. Since half of my hair was already in foils what could I say? Once the foils were out I kept telling her it looked to dark, but I let her dry it and sure enough my hair is almost black. There is NO BLONDE left at all and I absolutely hate it. It is the worst my hair has ever looked. I told her that I hated it and she told me she could fix it but it would be $55 more! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! I went to pay her and she had forgotten to tell me she only takes cash, so I had to drive to the bank and get her money- she ended up charging $110- I guess the less you like it the more she charges! WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE AND ESPECIALLY KIM!!!! I just spent 30 min crying in frustration and because every time I look in the mirror it gets worse!!!!!!!!!! It is a rip off, and she lures you in with low prices and by the time you're done it will be double. Just spend the money and go somewhere good with professional stylists and set prices. It's gonna cost me $150 to fix this mistake- don't make the same mistake I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my mother to this nail shop based on positive reviews. While I didn't have anything done, my mother was extremely happy with what she had done (Deluxe pedicure and manicure, plus they gave her a neck and shoulder massage).The staff is courtious and professional making you feel right at home

I don't know what Debby talking about, but last week I have my nails and pedicure done there and all I see is they give me wine, friendly staff, do really good jod on my nail and toes,last this is there salon is beautiful and so clean....

Be careful of this place. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I walked in one day holding my shoes because I came for a pedicure. One of the staff asked me why I came in w/no shoes I guess she thought that was cute. The next time I went, another girl said 'what? back so soon???' They don't wan repeat customers here? A new girl named Vicki did my pedicure the lst time. And I mean the last time. She asked the most inappropriate questions! They need to learn the culture here and what is acceptable in conversation! She was so intent on getting my legs and feet 'relaxed' that she was almost abuse in her agresiveness. The next day my foot (the one I advised here I had broken aj few months back) was so sore I had to go the foot dr andf have it x-rayed! The dr said Vicky strained my foot! And her leg massage was so forceful and hard, it hurt! She also needs to learn to be quiet especially if the customer is obviously reading a magazine. I don't go in there to chit chat! I will never be back. They are lucky I am not making them pay for the dr visit and x-ray!
