I would give negative stars if it were possible. I took my truck in for a simple state inspection on my diesel truck that requires safety only. The truck is in good condition, but during the inspection it was found that the license plate lights were out. I own many vehicles and have never been up charged to replace a bulb, nor have I ever been told that if I remedy my problem myself that I would be failed for the inspection and have to pay twice.



The reality of how poor the customer service is and how money hungry this establishment is, i witnessed them replacing a cabin air filter on a car that was less than one year old. They completely took advantage of that elderly new car owner!



If a company is that willing to nickel and dime its customers and hold them hostage, imagine how dishonest they are on large ticket items.
