There has been a ditch in my yard since the water lines were replaced in 2015. The Property Manager, who is unbelievable unprofessional, refused to repair the lot. This caused a foot of water to stay under the home, caused the home to settle and roof to crack. I filed a complaint against her, White Pines and Tower Community, the parent company out Pasadena California, who could care less about WV tenants. Lori Stanley is now retaliating against me, a $400.00 payment "disappeared". Just don't even consider this place. After paying $30,000 in lot rent over the years, the Property Manager had her husband throw a wheelbarrow full of gravel down instead of doing a repair.
