Worst Haircut...Rude Stylist!!!

I took my mother to get her hair cut at this location and, the experience was HORRIBLE. The "manager" of this store was the person who cut my mother's hair. She did NOT know how to layer hair, she refused to listen to what we had to say and was quite belligerent. She informed us that "You can't layer hair and keep the length" OMG...This woman REALLY needs to return to Beauty School for a refresher course. Never let this woman near your hair. As for the other stylists in this particular location, I have no knowledge of them, good or bad.
