Worst cab service around. They will abandon you if you press them to hurry up which can be 2 or 3 hours ago. They confirmed to pick me and my child up and left us stranded in the middle of no where then the County Sheriff got involved to force them to pick us up. Don't bother using their service and just rent yourself a car to drive around. The whole entire team is disorganized and lack proper management. There's a great chance they'll lie to you on the phone that they've never got your call and cross you off before even trying to pick you up. If you have a child with you, good luck! They do not care nor do they have child safety seats in their vehicles. Ironically, they also lack proper regulations to operate as a business to begin with -- insurance denied them yet they're still operating? A very shady business here.

For over 48 hours we had a cab reserved to take us to dinner and pick us up. I called this morning and confirmed. However as soon as is started to snow I called any times and left messages to confirm we were still to be picked up. The cab never showed, never called and we had to cancel our reservations. This is the worst company, and the sad thing is that no one has a choice because Beckley has no other option.
