My mother was a faithful customer of this establishment for many years, until yesterday. Ginger was her stylist. Mom's appointment was at 2:00 and she arrived at 2:04. When she sat in the styling chair Ginger opined "Your late all the time aren't you." To which Mom replied "I don't think so." Ginger wouldn't let it rest and offered another rude remark (to a customer). Mom asked her if she would rather she leave and Ginger said yes. This woman no longer needs to face the public. Her behavior is abhorrent and unacceptable. My mother is an octogenarian and doesn't deserve such rudeness. No one does. Frankly, I hope she loses her job.
