Do NOT use this contractor! My "waterproof" deck leaks. A lot! Not only does water flow freely below my deck but now it is coming into my home through the windows that HE installed. Probably through the same holes that the bugs are now coming thu. Wish I had never met him.

For the past 3 years, my husband and I had been discussing to build a house to rent out. We currently have one house we rent out and wanted to add another rental property. My husband contact ZNK Homes and spoke with Zack. We had not picked out a lot yet. Zack offered to help us in the search and looked around. After about 6 months of searching for the perfect lot with Zack's help, we found one. We met with Zack and his architect and discussed our budget and what we were looking for. Zack put together an itemized budget that showed us what everything would cost. He gave us suggestions on how to lower the cost of building the house by doing some things on our own, like the permits, and buying items(carpet/wood, etc) at other locations. We were very pleased that he went out of his way to make this affordable for us. So far we our 3 months into the building of our next rental property and we are still happy. I can't wait for the final results. Mary and Timothy
