I lived here for one year and the rent is really high and the apartments are ok in size but most do not have a washer and dryer inside. Not a good value for your money. Management is very unorganized and ran by a single person who often forgets about things and penalizes the tenant. I had a very unhappy time living here and would not recommend it to anyone but if you are looking for a place i moved to Quatama Crossing, which are neighbors to Villa Capre East and I am happier than ever now. Quatama Crossing apartments are cheaper and nicer apartments and they also have a pool, workout center, and much more, unlike Villa Capre East.The high rent and poor management is not worth living here at Villa Capre East.
