I have visited the Tigard store many times and I am aware that the store sends out coupons to customers on the e-mail list. I have asked 3 times to be put on the list because I want to buy a particular chair. Each time the clerk was "very sorry" that I hadn't been put on the list and it would be taken care of. The last person I talked to even called someone else on the phone and made a note in her notebook so I could be sure that it would be done. Otherwise, I like this store very much, it's made my life a lot easier to organize, except for the absense of that chair that I want. Thanks,

I love this store! I have all their closet systems in my home. A great resource for family and especially kids toy stoage.
