It's a great way to gain physical confidence while also learning history and a classical martial art, I am hooked after only a couple months! Karate for life!

My Grandson started with Sensei Chris a few years, I can not say enough good things about Chris and his teaching. My Grandson loves the class and learns so much more than just Karate. He's learned confidence, respect and will speak up if he see's bullying going on. He's turning out to be a wonderful smart teen and we have to give some credit his Sensei. We are all proud of him.

My daughter began karate at another studio under Sensei Chris when she was 4 years old. We were having behavioral issues and needed help; Sensei Chris has really helped my daughter focus and work on self control. When he began his own studio we followed Sensei Chris because we cannot imagine working with any other Sensei! My daughter is now almost 8 and I cannot imagine what her life would be like without the discipline of karate. Silver Dragon is an amazing studio - great classes, great prices, excellent Sensei!

We love Silver Dragon Martial Arts & Fitness! My daughter was Chris's student at the previous dojo he was running, and once he left we waited patiently for him to open his own place. I didn't feel as comfortable with other places. We have really enjoyed having Chris as her sensei. He is really cool, great with kids, and very helpful. My daughter gets a great workout at every class, and she has learned a lot. I am hoping to also sign up for either kickboxing or karate soon. I took a few classes at his previous place, and it was an amazing workout every time. This spot is really cool! It is really big, and he added a cool area for kids to hang out where he will soon be adding books that kids can check out and read. There are also all sorts of fun events for kids and even birthday parties where kids get to learn martial arts! Super cool. I look forward to having my daughter enrolled here until she gets her black belt.

The sensei is friendly and great with kids! My little siblings take a karate class twice a week and love it. It's become my brother's favorite time of the week. Plus, their cardio kickboxing class mixes just the right amount of self defense and fitness. I highly recommend this place!
