I visited Pacific Lifestyle last week and had a great experience, the customer service was outstanding. I came in looking for sofas and they had a great selection. Was greeted by Kelly when I walked in and he was more then helpful to me in finding the perfect sofa for our house. At first I believed this place was targeted towards the more upper income customer but was shocked to see the alternative products offered at lower prices which matched my budget, and Kelly was only but kind and informing to me when I had any questions. Would rate an A+ and definitely recommend to others looking for quality home furniture. This is the place to go.

I'd have to say after browsing multiple furniture stores and finally deciding to go with Pacific Lifestyle Furniture, we couldn't be happier. We loved that we could build our couch from the ground up in terms of fabric and color choices. When they were out of stock of one of the fabrics they found a way around it and actually gave us an extra set of pillows with a fabric nearly identical to the one we originally chose. The wait time was about 5 weeks and all i can say is good things come to those who wait. Perfect couch. Perfect fabric. Perfect colors. Would strongly recommend and will be back.

This place is a gem! I'm typically not a 5-star kind of person as I consider myself picky but as far as furniture stores go, these guys are pretty good. I stopped in after visiting Dania which is just down the street and I'm glad I came across them. The furniture they have is different that what I've seen around town but in a good way. They have a lot of custom order furniture and seem to focus on being flexible and offering lots of options which makes sense. The store layout is nice and open, not too crowded, and mostly contemporary which is my style. It's not as large as Dania where I had just come from but it's still a good size, two levels. The staff is very friendly and not pushy, they have a nice casual atmosphere. I was greeted when I came in and left to browse for a few minutes. They were pretty busy but my salesperson, Kelly, came up to greet me and gave me a quick layout of the store. I told him I was looking for a sectional and he began to tell me all about the options and fabrics available (to be honest it was a little information overload at first). I settled in on a style I liked, chose my fabric and decided to order it. The price for the quality seemed very reasonable, I really like that it was US made and came with a lifetime warranty. I also like the fact that they're a family owned business, the owner was out helping people even though I didn't get to speak with him. Overall I really like the feel of their store and look forward to receiving my sectional!!

This could be my new favorite furniture store.



Price-wise this is no IKEA but I think most of their prices are actually really reasonable. Walking around the store I spotted a beautiful mid-century modern sofa in an charcoal linen full of character. At Hip something like this will set you back 3k-to-5k. This one, however, was marked at $950, a deal I couldn't pass up!



Literally, I've never seen a home furnishings store I thought displayed such good taste. There were furniture pieces with custom fabrics & designs, detailed with awesome accent pieces. They said they're usually running some kind of sale, which is definitely a plus.



Btw - as said in another review, the lack of pushy sales behavior is truly amazing and part of the reason I made a couple purchases. Nobody looked me up and down, nobody followed me around the store or pressured me to buy, but when I had questions they were helpful, charming, and informed.



If your taste is refined but not boring, get on your shopping shoes and check this place out.

Mark my advice: don't buy from them. They put a "all sales are final" note in a very non-obvious place on their receipt and you can't return anything to them.



We were buying a dining table from them and wanted to buy matching benches. They say they have a matching model but didn't have one on the floor and couldn't even show us the picture of it. Without knowing their "no-return" policy, we ordered two of them, which turned out not very matching at all. Now we are stuck with them since we can't return them.

I don't recommend this store. I bought bedroom set, sofa and dinning set. (September, 2012) Everything is fine until my dresser got problem. I WAITED 5 MONTHS TO GET REPAIRED. NOW the dresser has problem again. I am not sure this time how long I need to wait. I cannot talk to boss directly. The service I don't think it is good. It is really bad experience. I am so angry so decided to write the review
