WORST dealership ever! I've had awful experiences with both the sales and service departments. Couldn't even get a call back from there. You are warned!

I had much respect for this dealership at first. Why all the sudden change of heart you ask? Let me explain mysefl, I went in talked to my sales man personal aka Les. Real nice cool guy. He said he had gaved me the best deal in a brand new dodge charger that i personally couldnt beilieve, being the first buying a car that is. It was a really good offer that I couldnt pass up. He was eager and persiant to get me in the car and told me he didnt know about any more discoounts at all. I asked several times and by the third time he seem annoyed and upset i kept asking. He's response was your finance guy will answere and do all i that. I only sell you the car. weird right? oh well. The finane was phenominal, he actully made me feel like i was at home. Dude was good and excellent in his profesionalism. I can honestly say if it wsnt for him I would have never bought a car there. The only discount that i received was a damn rebate? if you ask me thats no discount thats just bs. That upset me pretty much all day. Than not even a two weeks later. I see a commercial for dogde with 0 percent interests for 72 months. That only made me more upset. Not even a month later. I go on their website http://www.nwjeep.com/index.htm. And find out they got the newer model? thats where i drew the line. I called spoke to the manager and expressed myself to him. Honesly I dont think he even cared by the tone of his voice. Whats my point? For being Number one is customer satisfaction you'd think they'd inform of things like a newer model is arriving in a couple of weeks. You should wait so we can get you a bette offer on this current model. We are talking about saving thousanthds of dollars here people wouldnt you be upset too? I also feel being family owned they'd want you to come back right? i sure am not. After i finish paying my car never stopping here ever! Just want to make sure you know if your buying a car here remember. ONLY REBATES FOR DISCOUNT NO OTHER DISCOUNTS. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT THEM INFORMING YOU ABOUT SAVING MONEY. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!!

I've bought a lot of new vehicles over the years. Last week I purchased a new 2013 Wrangler Unlimited 'Freedom Edition' at NW Jeep. My sales rep, Bill B., treated me professionally, friendly, knew his product, and did not play games. Likewise Sean in Finance. It's refreshing to do business in this manner. I will return when I need another vehicle.

If you want an honest and square deal this is the place to go. Todd, the salesman I did business with, and I did most of the pre-sale business online as I live too far from NWJ to make more than one trip in. We discussed all the options, the condition of both the Mustang GT I bought and my trade in. Once at the dealership all was exactly as described and after the test drive my deal was done within an hour. No pressure, no switching and all upfront honesty. I will go back if and when I need another car.

Being a conservative person, my wife and I shopped the entire Northwest for Jeep Grand Cherokee. We contacted both large and small dealerships and made our purchase with Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Portland, Oregon. Our decision was based on price, the reprutation of the dealership and a staff member that would listen to our requests for a vehicle. Absolutely no one provided the outstanding quality of service that Northwest Jeep gave us. We were out of state buyers and this company made it extremely easy for us to make a purchase with little effort.

My wife and I were looking for a replacement for our 96 Voyager we had for 15 years, which served us well, and wanted the same reliability in a maker we could trust. We needed something similar to the Voyager, but with little more comfort, extras and smaller, while keeping the price below 25k. Ricardo at Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge helped us accomplish exactly that. His no pressured, friendly and honest approach paid off well, as did the whole staff there. We spent one day looking around and then after deciding, we returned to make a deal. The deal was made, very painless, quick and there was no add this or that to the price tag. They were very honest at the extras and their no pressure approach made us feel that we made the best decision by staying true to the company we have trusted for over 35 years. We tried several other dealer such as KIA, Honda, and Chevy, though some were very helpful, and offered great cars too, they just did not match up to the Journey or the care which Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge provided us. We did have one down right rude, salesman at Beaverton Honda - Sheridan, he was to quick and degrading other dealers made our choice easy... never to return to this dealership! We did like the CR-V, it was our second choice and believe we would have gone with it but the experience was too much in our minds that we were unwilling to give Honda another try. This young man needs to slooow down and let the customer look over the car and humble his self while the customer looks. Thanks Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge!

I was referred to Ricardo Hernandez by a good friend. Its true about what he said, that it’s so easy to work with him via phone. I recommend everyone from out of town to call him. He gave me theprice and fees before and had things ready for me. To top that up, he also offer to pick me up at the airport so I would not have to pay transportation. Now, that is customer‘s service! I also would recommend to buy from Ricardo because he gives you the respect you deserve as a consumer. He takes the time to show you the vehicle and makes sure you understand everything. Thank you very much for making this so easy for me and the best experience ever! First class service all the way.

I didn't plan to buy when my husband and I stopped to look at jeeps at North West Jeep but Vicki found a jeep I just had to have and made the whole experience fun. If I ever buy another jeep I will go to North West Jeep Chrysler Dodge.

I would recommend working with Vickie in sales at NorthWest Jeep. I spent about 2 months shopping for a new used vehicle and Vickie was helpful in finding me a Jeep that gave me the features I wanted in a price I could afford. The manager and finance person did a great job getting me financing. I will do business with them in the future.

dont shop for your new vehicle at nwjcd! didnt even get fair value trade-in per kbb.

they pressure you to make a deal and tell you you over-paid on your trade-in and they cannot give you even fair trade-in value. go somewhere else unless you like dealing with con men. not happy with experience at nwcjd.

Our household has purchased two jeep products from NWJ over the previous 4 years. We have had several occasions to use the service department at NWJ and have had nothing but incredible experiences there with April.

She has amazing customer service skills, is kind, efficient, and uses her great sense of humor to lighten an experience even if you didn't think it possible. Her positive working relationships with the mechanics and parts make your experience there feel effortless. I would never choose to have either of our Jeeps serviced anywhere else.

I had a great experience with NW Jeep. My salesperson, Vickie was awesome. She was extremely helpful and everybody I met was very friendly and willing to help me with anything I needed. The only reason I could not give them 5 out of 5 stars was because of a couple small things that, to me really said alot. I just purchased a $50000 rig and they only left me with 1/4 tank of gas. I requested that they fill it, but they refused. My husband mentioned that I should be able to get a travel coffee mug with the vehicle logo, and they wouldn't part with that either. However I will most definately use them again for future purchases as well as their service department. I will also recommend them to others. Thank you NW Jeep!
