Great service!!!! I needed my 1998 Audi A6 passenger door glass replaced and was having a hard time finding a place with a reasonable price but MS found me a great price and got me in for an appointment the same day. Plus the service was awesome I highly recommend people to go there if they want a good experience!!!!

I love these guys. My rear window was broken out late Monday night. Tuesday am I called and they got me right in. They said it would take an hour but had it done in about 45 minutes. Perfect. They also did the job considerably cheaper than the two other places I called who couldn't fit me in until several days later. Great people. Fantastic service and a wonderful price. MS Glass in Beaverton... Thank you for turning my week around. You guys are great.

a thief broke my Nissan quest driver window on Friday night I'd request a quote from speedy glass and they never called back, so I'd call m-s glass on Saturday they had the window in stock took my van to them and got taking care of; as for speedy glass, I'd never see any speed.

The employees, managers and or owners were so accommodating and helpful. I had to drop my car off to have the window fixed and they made sure I had a ride to work. Apparently this is not something that they do but in this case they went above and beyond the call of duty where I was concerned. I appreciate the personal customer service and will continue to do business here. Thank you so much for making a bummer situation not so bad.

Just moved to PDX and was really not prepared for all the rocks on the road. Got a nasty crack and found these guys...they fixed it quick like with a professional attitude and a reasonable price. Not the cheapest or the most expensive, but I was back on the road quick and my new windshield is solid.

Since they advertise everywhere I guess I should have figured that they would screw me to recoup their cost. Somehow I went from them paying my deductible to me paying to replace the trim that was not included.

I came to visit my parents in Portland over Labor Day weekend from Medford. My first night there my car got broken into and the my back glass was shattered in a million pieces all over the back seat. I soon found out that every places I called was closed because of the long weekend.



Every place except for MS Glass as was reccommended to me by Beaverton Honda where my Dad services his 06 Honda Pilot. I took my car to MS Glass in Beaverton, and they took care of me in less than 2 hours.



Not only did they replace my windshield in time for my roadtrip back, but they made sure to get all the glass out of my backseat. Their price was $88.00 dollars cheaper than any other estimates I got including the ones that my insurance company included.



I hope I never get vandalized ever again, but if myself or any of my friends do then MS Glass would be the place I would reccommend.

Last Sunday I got a horrific surprise when I walked outside to see that my front windshield was smashed in. I called over 7 glass shops and nobody was willing to work on my vehicle (07 BMW 745i). I tried MS Glass to not only be greeted with the best service, but it was the best price in the city of Portland. They covered half of my deductible, and gave me same day service. They even offered to come to my house to repair my windshield, but I am glad I stopped in their shop so they could clarify any of the insurance paperwork I had questions on.



Quite frankly they went far beyond out of their way to make this process as painless as possible. You guys rock and keep up the good work!!!



I have already reccomended you to a few of my coworkers, and can confidently say I will use you for all of my glass needs in the future!

I had multiple problems with MS Glass not honoring their warrantee and blaming defects on me. Finally, after my insuracce company paid for the same job twice, I was forced to have my third replacement windshield installed by a better shop under a third insurance claim.



When the MS Glass installation was removed, it was clear that they had tried to get by with a minimum amount of glue, as the windshield came loose very eaily, several areas could be seen to not be sealed, and there was rust beginning to develope in the window frame of my 2007 car.



Now, I am speculating that MS Glass' attempts to use minimal glue is also the reason they place blue painter's tape around their fresh windshield installs and caution customers not to remove the tape for 48 hours. My new installer used a whole tube of glue and said tape would not be necessary, only to wait one hour before driving.

If you want shoddy work, to have paint chipped up around your windshield, no honoring of their guarantee with all defects blamed on you, then the Beaverton location of MS Auto Glass is the place for you.



I chose this location becuase of their offer to pay a portion of my deductable, but take my word for it, it is not worth it. First, their "experienced professionals" refernced in their video scratched the paint around my windshield. They blamed it on prior rock chip damage, even though the scratch was a long straight line that had obviously been made by a tool slipping. Their final remedy was offering to dab in the touch up paint if I went out and bought some.



1 week later, the new windshield cracked internally at the rear view mirror mount, and my rear view mirror fell off in my hand. They said I had to have pulled too hard on it because there was no other way this could happen, and would not honor their warrantee. The only way they would fix it is if I submitted another insurance claim.



Now, six months later, my second windshield replacement has cracked at the mirror mount again, and again, they will not honor their warrantee and insist I must have pulled too hard on the mirror as there is no other way this could happen.



Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My Windshield cracked and I needed it replace. So I called three companies and I am glad I chose MS Glass to do my car.$ 58.00 cheaper than anyone else same day service and problem free.I am going to use them if I ever need a glass replaced.
