I'm the owner of butlers dog wash. While try to please all the people all the time it just isn't always done that easy. I really wish people would think long and hard before writing these reviews. Things are not always told the complete way. Like the review with terrier shaved uneven. That dog had not been groomed in 10 months! And I gave her money back. And then there is the lady saying she caught the owner yelling at her dog, i was not grooming her dog my daughter was and he was being naughty and was told it time to grow up you have groomed enough to no what's happening. There was no yelling. We are compassionate groomers but we are working animals no t children and sometimes we do have correct bad behavior and sometime we have to shave animals that have not been well taken care of. Humanity before vanity. We do and always have offered the best service, price in Beaverton!

I have been taking my Golden Doodle here for several years now and have always been very happy with their work. She looks great when I pick her up unlike some previous places that always cut her to short.

ZERO STAR RATING! Terrible service, my terrier was unevenly shaved instead of groomed-no terrier cut at all-all her full skirt was shaved off. When asked what happened, I was told she needed the "cut", and blamed the poor, uneven shave on the fullness of her hair and matting. She is routinely bathed and brushed , she did have a few small mats on her legs-easily removed. The owner was extremely defensive and offensive. I had taken my dogs to Butler's many times in the past and had a good grooming experience-but I will not take them there again and strongly discourage anyone who might consider this groomer
