I have an account with Beaverton Florist, and 95% of the time, very satisified with the service and the delivered flowers. Today, wow, a rude individual on the phone! This individual asked me how to spell a name, given the last name was Brown, I spelled the first name. She rudely said "Well, spell the last name!" I was taken aback by this angry unhappy person. Told her I was going to order from someone else -- and I did. I may or may not return to this business due to the treatment I received today -- and I've ordered from them from years -- only takes one bad experience.

Thank you once again for your beautiful arrangements and outstanding service. The flowers for our retirement party were perfect and you worked within our budget. You have always gone above and beyond for me. 2 funerals, Christmas gifts, many bereavment arrangements and Birthdays. The staff is always very easy to work with. You will always have my business!
