I had Priority One/Shanna Templeton clean my house prior to move in and in doing so your crew scratched my hardwood floors, left water stains on my hard wood floors and scratched my tempered windows due to improper cleaning. One would have expected Shanna to have been sorry about what you had done but your very thin veneer of "being nice" wore through to your real self of being totally nasty, rude and impossible to work with. After Shanna damaged our house she then proceeded to improperly lien our property without any notice to me. When I called multiple times to try to work the situation out you would not even discuss it and then you proceeded to hire three separate lawyers and two collections agencies to try and collect the account. All of them quit working for you when they found you in the wrong dropped the cases. Finally, an independent adjuster was hired by the insurance company to review the file two months ago. We cooperated with their investigation but you refused to
