We have booked several vacations through Beaver Travel. Hilah is amazing, friendly, and very helpful! She is our "go-to person" when planning our Mexican vacations and has always done an excellent job for us. We have visited Riviera Maya (Cancun) multiple times, all through Apple Vacation (which we've also had all wonderful experiences with) and will continue to use Beaver Travel for all our future trips!!!

We booked 40+ people for a wedding/vacation through Beaver Travel. There was a problem with return flight from Cancun, and were left stranded for 26+ hours at the airport. Multiple calls back to Beaver Travel and Apple Vacation fell on deaf ears. At one point when I called the Beaver Travel Office, the woman answering the phones basically said it was not her problem since she was not the agent who booked the flights (way to support the company you work for!!). We got zero help from anyone until we call the US Consulate in Cancun, and all of a sudden Apple decided to help the situation. I would not recommend Beaver Travel or Apple Vacations to anyone anytime.
