If you are having your wedding in the Beatrice area stop wasting your time with other caterers. Do yourself a favor and call Colleen’s! I got married in September and let me tell you.... everything was perfect. From the moment, my now husband and I sat down for the tasting to the moment we sat down to eat at the wedding Colleen’s went above and beyond to make sure our entire experience was perfect. The food was amazing.... the staff was wonderful and everything was above expectations. Thank you Collenn’s for helping make my wedding wonderful!!

Colleen's Catering offered their catering services for my birthday party celebration and we're so pleased to have choosing her, we received lots of compliments about the food. The Ribeyes, inside out chicken cordon blue cream cheese and chives mashed potato was the most popular items. I definitely recommend Colleen to others!

Their catering services are great, they made a great meal for my wedding, guests were impressed with all the different kinds of food they prepared. They got very early with plenty of time to set the banquet. My guests loved the table with all the different kinds of cheese and jams, and the Mongolian BBQ Beef was the appetizer everyone was talking about. Thank you guys for making of my reception a great experience, I had a bunch of things to worry about, except for the food.

We hired Collen’s Catering services for my daughter´s wedding, it was simply delicious, and they have a big menu with plenty of food to pick from. I loved it and my guests were very happy about the food served.
