I dealt with this company and I had to fight with Michael Maloney (the owner) to get part of my money back that they stole from me. This is a company that people should not be dealing with, especially at such a difficult time in their life. This is another local company that makes promises just to get your money and it was only my persistence that allowed me to get part of my money back. Save yourself the grief, go somewhere else.

We are unable to identify “Phil S.” as a client from our records. Our procedure with all clients is to collect an partial deposit after generating an initial proposal sketch and then provide the family with a proof drawing, from the final fabricator, of the finished memorial. This proof must be signed before we proceed with fabrication. When the finished memorial is received, they are again asked to approve it before we ask for final payment and deliver the memorial to the cemetery. It is very rare that there are any issues that we cannot resolve to the customer’s satisfaction. If the family provides a photo or artwork, then the quality of the finished product is limited by the quality of the photo or artwork provided. With regards to making promises: We pride ourselves on always delivering exactly what is promised per the proofs and sketches that a customer signs. Sometimes we have difficulty in meeting delivery estimates. This is almost always due to delays in obtaining product from our suppliers when that product, per customer choice, is from an often distant foreign country, or very rarely that we require that the supplier remake the product (at no cost to the client) due to supplier/fabricator error. Furthermore, we are constrained by the requirements and regulations of individual cemeteries, which often have fairly restrictive requirements, and regardless of the family’s wishes and desires, we must abide by those constraints. At all times, all proofs submitted to the family reflect what is allowed by a particular cemetery, and their signature on those proofs, and payment of another partial deposit, which is required before we proceed with fabrication, is their consent and agreement to the production of the memorial as presented. In all cases, if the implementation of a delivered memorial, after approval, does not meet the client’s standards for workmanship, within the limits of the technology, we require that the fabricator “make good”. Our policy, which is explained to all customers upon signing the initial contract, is that after a proof is signed, no refund is allowed unless there are fabricator workmanship issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, or that there is a difference between the proof and the final product. In the latter case, we reserve the right to replace the memorial with one that accuratly reflects the signed proof at no cost to the customer. We are sorry that “Phil S.” is so upset, but given his lack of any details that would allow us to identify his project, we cannot address his specific issues here and can only offer the explanation above.
