owner rude an unprofessional,And he Hates Muslims,Advice Go Elsewhere !!!

I've called multiple places for quotes and this was the first place that was flat out rude. I called and asked if it would be possible to get a quote and he responded with "we don't usually DO quotes because they are never right, and its 5'o'clock on a Friday"...



I said no problem, if you are too busy - and he cut me off... and said "listen dude, it's 5'o'clock and we are busy", at which point I laughed at how ridiculous this guy was acting and hung up the phone.

I was in Baytown, Texas when my A/C compressor tore up. I am a woman and was from out of town. My truck was making an awful noise. I contacted a couple of businesses about unplugging the compressor or taking the belt off to stop the noise. Neither business would tell me they could and/or would do this; however, they were quick to quote me a price of $1,300.00-$1,500.00 to replace the compressor (Auto Zone quoted a price of $301.00 plus tax for a new compressor, accumulator and orfice tube.) I took my truck to Culpeppers and explained the problem, and I asked if they could fix it so I return home. These men took my A/C belt off in less than five minutes with no charge. It is wonderful to find a business that is honest and not out to take advantage of anyone. I would highly recommend this business to everyone especially if you are a woman. Thanks again to Culpeppers!!!
