The gift shop and the people who are working in the gift shop area are all so nice and very helpful.
just stay away from the pharmacy and the so called owner Brian! This guy is horrible at his job , he yells at the elderly and tells customers to take their business elsewhere if they aren't happy with the service. My sisters husband was told by the receptionist at his doctors office , that Brian
told her that her brother in law was just another drug addicted junkie looking tor more pills, Here is the sad truth , the guy is sick with Hep C and was diagnosed back in November with a debilitating spinal disease he was hospitalized for 4 months, in that time has left with a dissolved L4 & L5 intervertebral disc. ( his lower back is bone on bone ) he has surgery scheduled for September, however until he has that surgery he lives with intractable pain on a daily basis. He had to beg to get his pain meds early , he has a team of neurosurgeons,orthopedic surgeons and not to mention two pain management doctors that are keeping track of his progress. Sadly however the pharmacy dept at Hudackos are showing that they may have book smarts when it comes to counting beans all day , but they seem to be lacking in basic human compassion. They call customers drug addicts behind there backs . Stay away from this place , they hide behind a 2 way mirror and cover for each other when they see customers come in that they know are going to take alot of patience and need individual help..
Go anywhere but here , tell your friends that there wotk ethics are deplorable and whatever you do keep your elderly parents away from here
