Can we give negative stars!!!! They are the WORST company I have ever dealt with!! DO NOT let them touch anything! Ripen the other way!! Do not hire this company! And shame on PC Richards for sending them to do their service!

Their repair guy did damage to my dishwasher during the repair, and all they did was give me a runaround. They are liars, scummy, and the gal who answers the phone is an idiot. They set up appointments but don't show up. These dirt bags are the worst.

I would give this company less then 1 star if I could. Technician came, was in the house for no more then five minutes before "diagnosing" the problem. Told me he had to order the part. The receptionist who books these appointments is a miserable human being. The tech told me he would come back Friday and that the office would call to confirm. So of course I take the day off. Now they tell me he can come on Tuesday, but they will call me on Tuesday to give me the window. How unprofessional! How can you not give someone 24 hours notice of a service window. To make matters worse the receptionist hung up on me!



I am tempted to void my check and let them keep the $80 at this point.

3/2/16 Terrible repair service. My Electrolux machine had a clog on Jan 25. The Keystone serviceman came a week later and told me coins abused my machine and I had to order the part and it would not be covered under my extended warranty. When I got the part I called and was told I needed another part, and plus if I wanted them to come back I would have to give them $180 cash for the service call. I was so frustrated with the run around that I called Electrolux to send another service company. When the new tech looked at the machine he said the compressor air was broken by the previous tech and he put a screw in it which caused the machine to leak. The part was ordered and Electrolux did cover it under the warranty and it was only fixed on March 2nd. I was without a washing machine for over a month because of Keystone's incompetence. Shame on them! There are a number of 4 letter words that I could use to describe them and none of them are even close to good.

Worst repair company ever. Separate instances and separate appliances (washing machine, electric cooktop) - responses both the same. Rude tech who said he needed authorization for a "two man job" and then never rescheduled appt. Shame on PC Richards for having them on their extended warranty list. Wish there was a zero star option!

When I called this company to schedule an appointment for a stove repair, they stated that they only accept cash payments. In my opinion that is unethical & they are probably doing it because they are preventing their customers from having the option of resolving any disputes through their credit card company if any problems arose if they paid by credit card.. Because of this & all the low ratings by other customers, I will not use this company.

Complete crooks. They tried to get us to pay hundreds of dollars claiming for parts that were not covered by the warranty rather than replace the part that was covered by the warranty. Stay AWAY

I can't believe PC Richard is using these idiots to make house calls and "service " their products. side by side whirlpool fridge leaking and wont make ice they sent the same nut job twice. this guy showed up in an old grey caravan which had to be his personal car. he smelled bad and was very unprofessional. he lectured me on how pc Richard knows they sold me a bad product because he feels water lines freeze. both times he did nothing and told me to unplug it for 15 minutes and it will be fine and he left. This same guy wrote a report where he lied saying that he fixed my fridge and it wasn't leaking. pc Richards finally sent their own tech who found the leak five minutes in to his visit. don't ever let this company in your house.

This company is an embarrassment! How can a company like Jenn-Air be associated with these con artists? The demanded $80 cash to diagnose a broken oven thermostat, part is no longer being made. They refuse to refund the fee, refuse to install the part that I obtained and I got a run around trying to speak the manager.

Worse company ever used

Worse company to use ever, tech made diagnosis over the phone did not bother to look at the dryer advised me he will order parts. After one week when I called on the status I was told the parts were never ordered and appliance misuse was reported to warranty company. How is it possible to diagnose and report without even looking at the appliance if there was worse rating then one star I would have given that second bad experience don't use them if you have a choice.

This company was the first to be able to figure out the problem and fix my Whirlpool washer after two other service companies came in. Would definately recommend them. Courteous and quick service.

This company is terrible, they came to my house and stated my unit was dead (that's why I called them) and that they needed an oven dolly to remove the oven to test the electric. The driver (I'm not going to say he was a Tech.) said he had a few more calls and would call me later. Never called. I called them and told them what happened and they stated that I hadn't paid despite the fact that no one asked for payment and the unit was never diagnosed beyond "it's dead". Unit is 1 1/2 years old and Kichenaid is sending another company to resolve the issue

I can't complain about their serviceman because he didn't even show up for the appointment. No phone call to me or his office to explain why he didn't show up. To make matters worse they tell me he doesn't carry a cell phone, so they can't reach him when he is on the road. What kind of serviceman doesn't have a cell phone!!! Needless to say I called Maytag to get assigned to another company to get my washing machine repaired.

Zero stars, if it was possible. I cannot believe that a corporation like Lowes would affiliate themselves with such an awful service contractor. A barely competent "technician", a long wait for a basic part and then the fix still did not take. Unbelievable, Its a dish washer with a leaky front door not a rocket. Then after he couldn't fix it after 3 visits, he said he was going to report it as unfixable, he did not. He lied. He said it WAS fixed and only leaked when we ran it empty. No, it leaked all the time. He only saw it run empty because he ran it as a test while repairing it. If he had asked me to put dishes in, i would have. Calls to the company, resulted in nonsensical, rude replies. Do not use this company and if Lowes sends you to them, call back Lowes and ask them why they would do business with a company that has all negatives reviews on its reference pages. In short, they suck on every level and don't let them into your home.

Worst company ever!!

I called KitchenAid because my dishwasher had stopped working. They sold me a service plan and set me up with their vendor general keystone. Well General Keystone missed appointments, never order the parts that we needed and after two months of back and forth the issue is still not fixed. I cannot express the headaches and frustration with this company. They are obnoxious, rude, and unprofessional.

Would not use

Called for leak in my dishwasher and read all these reviews and got right back on the phone and asked for someone else. I would NOT have them come to my house they gave me A&E which is a sears company instead. Don't settle call them and tell them you don't want this crappy people. You spend enough on your appliance and work hard for it. They didn't give me a hard time they switched me right away. Thank god I read these reviews before they came to my house.

HORRIBLE, OBNOXIOUS. This company could not even give me a straight answer as to how they came up with the price of my bill! I had to chase them down to see if my part was in and when they would come and fix my appliance. KitchenAid should be embarrassed to give out their name as an authorized dealer. I wish I would have looked up these reviews BEFORE I called them. DO NOT USE!!!!

Where do I start? After waiting 4 days for a service call to fix my washer, the tech comes to my home not in a General Keystone van but in his own personal little sports car which I thought was strange for a supposed NATIONWIDE COMPANY that I was told they were. He was at my home for almost 2 hours just to clean out the drain hose trap. By the time he was finished, it was time for me to leave for work so I hadn't the time to run the washer and make sure it was fixed. When I got home from work at 8:00pm I was eager to do a load of laundry after all that time, only to start the washer and have all the water and detergent literally pour right out from beneath the washer. My husband took the back plate off the washer just to take a look and see what (if anything) the guy had done and lo and behold the tech hadn't even reattached the drain hose properly or even cleaned out the debris completely. So now I had to contact PC Richard again only to find no one was in the service dept (because by now its 8:30 at night) and I have to wait for a call back tomorrow morning to make an appointment for service AGAIN! I told PC Richard that this time they'd better not send General Keystone!! This company SUCKS!! And.. as another reviewer stated, I also asked for a receipt or copy of the service order when the tech was done only to be told I didn't need one since it was a free service because of my extended warranty. I cannot fathom how this company is still in business when every single review they have received has had nothing good to say!! Unfortunately, I too had to give them a 1-star rating just to be able to post this review but in actuality they don't even deserve one star!! Beware of General Keystone!!
