I live out of state and when my niece had her baby I wanted to send her a nice arrangement. I called Brady's and spoke with a very helpful lady. I only asked for an arrangement with sunflowers because they are her favorite flower and told her it was for a baby girl. She asked how much I wanted to spend, gave her credit card info and we were done. The next day I get a picture of this BEAUTIFUL arrangement that they loved. It even had a hair bow and bows for her feet! A week later I received another picture of a still healthy arrangement. Thank you so much for making an out of state aunt feel not so absent!

My has been was out of town and ordered me flowers for Valentines. A DOZEN of roses to be exact! They got delivered and looked horrible! My husband could have spent 20 bucks and bought them at the local food market and stuck them in a vase for the same quality they delivered.... I called to complain to the manager. The manager apologized and said they would come back to pick them up and fix them. Remind you this is Valentine's Day!! He called back 2 hours later apologizing saying that they were out of roses and if they could not send me roses today. but they could send in the following day!! Do not use Brady's if you expecting quality work! You are not going to get what you pay for! Brady's ruined my Valentines it is now 5 days later and I still have no flowers!!!

What a dissapointment! Don't order anything over the phone! Be sure to go in and check the prices and see what will be sent in your name. They are very expensive compared to others in town and don't take pride in the products they sell. Especially don't order Homecoming Mums over the phone! You better be very specific and be prepared to pay a much higher price here.
