I wanted to trade in my Xbox and get a PS4, the staff there was so helpful and so knowledgable. They gave me a better price than Gamestop. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

You may have seen that some think these guys are rude, as long as you don't try to have any form of conversation with the store manager, Robert, then you should get along fine. What sucks is that when you sell older games they have this sorta preset limit as to what they'll pay: $5 max. Regardless of what they sell it for. I get that their here to make a profit, but often times they sell older games for 10 or more times the $5 payout limit. This place is hardly all bad, great deals exist on movies, music & games....especially when compared with places like Gamestop. Also they usually give reasonable trade in credit. Avoid cash offers if at all possible as that's where your most likely to get ripped off at. All and all it's a decent enough business, just be wary of certain things here.
