The good things... the price and the fact that utilities are included. The LIST OF BAD THINGS...Management abuses authority, a work order for repairs goes undone for months (or longer), the pool (or should I say mosquito pit) is never cleaned or is never accessible on the very few instances that it is cleaned, no security break ins happen to often. If you are a person that has limited resources and a strong tolerance for idiots this place is for you.
